1️⃣ Create clear social media guidelines, so everyone is on the same page. what can’t be discussed (i.e. confidential client work), engagement tactics, and just IRL, drinking on the job is not advised. So don’t do it on your brands’ social media.
2️⃣ Create a branded hashtag to curate employee posts like our one we created last month #thesimplelife
3️⃣ Encourage your team to share #BTS stuff (that’s what we all want to see right?). At K.I.S.S, we pop most of that in our story and save it in our highlights.
